MD Sets 2016 Chesapeake Bay Striped Bass Regs

The Secretary of Maryland Department of Natural Resources, pursuant to Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 08.02.15.12H, announces the modification of the recreational size limit for the striped bass spring fishery in the Chesapeake Bay and its tidal tributaries. Effective 12:01 a.m. Saturday April 16, 2016, the minimum size limit for the spring fishery is 35 inches. The spring fishery is April 16, 2016 to May 15, 2016.

All other rules remain the same.
