MARYLAND PROPOSES 2013 FLOUNDER REGULATIONS

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources has proposed the following options for the 2013 season:

Option 1
Minimum Size - 17"
Creel - 3 fish
Season - April 14th - Dec 16th
Estimated Liberalization - 0%

Option 2
Minimum Size - 17"
Creel - 3 fish
Season - January 1st - Dec 31st
Estimated Liberalization - 17%

Option 3
Minimum Size - 16"
Creel - 3 fish
Season - January 1st - Dec 31st
Estimated Liberalization - 105%

Option 4
Minimum Size - 16"
Creel - 4 fish
Season - January 1st - Dec 31st
Estimated Liberalization - 108%
