INGREDIENTS
3 TBSP. red wine vinegar
2 TBSP. minced shallots
ΒΌ tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
1 dozen shucked oysters
Crushed ice, for serving
DIRECTIONS
Mix vinegar, shallots, sugar and pinch each of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Nestle oysters on platter of crushed ice.
Spoon sauce onto each oyster before serving.
Serves 4.
