Savory Grilled Black Drum

INGREDIENTS
4 black drum fillets
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a shallow bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, and basil. Mix until well combined.

Brush the fillets with the lemon juice, then season both sides with the herb spice mixture and salt and pepper to taste.

Brush the grill grates with olive oil. Place the fillets onto the grates and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve the fillets and enjoy!
