INGREDIENTS
2 deep pie crusts (9”)
1 lb. backfin crab meat
4 eggs
2 TBSP.. flour
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whole milk
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 TBSP.. finely chopped onion
1 TBSP. finely chopped green pepper
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Par bake pie crusts for 3 minutes and let cool.
Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise and milk. Mix well.
Add remainder of the ingredients (except crab meat) and mix well.
Delicately fold in crab meat
Pour into 2 separate pie crusts and sprinkle with additional Old Bay Seasoning.
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
